Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming messages according to certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
